Diagnosis is the process of determining by examination the circumstances and nature of the condition of a disease. It has implications that are very important to policy and research of patient care. It has been given a description of both a classification scheme and as a process or set of categories that are pre-existing agreed upon by the profession of medicine to designate a condition that is specific. A patient has an opportunity that is best for health outcome which is positive when the diagnosis is made in a timely manner and accurate because making a decision in the clinical field will be sewed to a correct understanding of the health problem of the patient (Krupnik, 2015). The other two possible diagnoses are medical imaging and referral and consultation. Medical imaging plays a critical role in diagnoses establishment for conditions that are innumerable and is routinely used in every medicine branch. Due to its advances, it has made an improvement in the ability to diagnose, detect and treat conditions also allowing patients to avoid more procedures that...
