Planning Meetings
1 Our team will be meeting every Thursday evening for a maximum of two hours starting 8:00 PM. Every team member has confirmed their availability on the set meeting time, date, and venue.
2 Our team timekeeper will keep track of the time and ensure that all the issues meant to be discussed are gone through within the set timeframe.
3 Every member is expected to be seated in the meeting room 10 minutes before 8:00 PM. Meetings will start five minutes after the agreed meeting time.
4 We should all attend the meetings. Apologies should be communicated in advance in cases of unavoidable events like illnesses.
5 All members are expected to remain in the meeting until the end.
Team Procedures
1 Every team member is expected to have read the assigned materials in detail before coming to the meeting.
2 Tasks assigned to different team members are expected to be completed before the deadline. The tasks should also be within the team’s set standards.
