Similar experiments must be conducted at home for the families to follow up on the children's learning at school. It would be easier for the learners to keep checking on the experiment's progress and compare the one at home and school (Blagojevic et al.). The approach to learning should bring teachers and parents together to help children prepare for future scientific learning. Children learn to connect different concepts and natural processes to plants, including changes after death. Moreover, parents can be invited to class while observing such materials and contribute to the learning process.
