One of the significant ways is to use compelling compensations. HR can focus on compensations since they influence the choices that the applicants have towards a given organization. This will act as a driving power for the most talented new applicants to be recruited. Compensations should include retirement and health benefits. Secondly, in adherence to competitive advantage, HR can focus on effective and reliable communication. Communication is key among the employees. Therefore, effectively communicating the specific interests towards the recruitment process and the organization will assist in ensuring that the organization's goals are met. The third technique is to promote career advancement. Most of the new applicants would want their career advanced. Therefore, through creating this opportunity, it will be easy to attract and recruit new employees. Generally, technology has incredibly enhanced the recruitment process. Technology has promoted diversity and reduced human bias. Applicants can apply regardless of their location. Secondly, the technology has also reduced the application and recruitment time. Various assessment tools and software are used to compare the most qualified applicants, thus reducing the time.
