Online questionnaire link on google document were send to selected catering industry of China and invited respondent to fill the questionnaire which comprising of cover page with details about the purpose of the study, for respondent understanding. Filtering question which was about the age of the respondent is given at the first page and response rate was 100 percent. Link of the google form is given in Appendix.
