Community health plans entail the arrangement of the members of a geographical area in a process designed to improve the availability, accessibility, and quality of healthcare services in their community as a way of improving its health status hence making the healthcare system more accountable to the average residents in the community (Beauregard & Miller, 2019). The community health plans must, therefore, provide mechanisms for identifying community needs such as improving communication, looking for methods of meeting the needs, allocating resources such as finance and manpower, and resolving conflicts that may arise.
