The role of personal brand identity in overall digital identity.
Digital identity is any given information on an entity used by computer systems in representing an external agent. Personal brand, on the other hand, involves being unique or can be said to be extinguishing oneself from everyone else in the market (Hedman,2013). Cohesive branding or design means that one has design elements that match. A coherent brand helps one to create a positive first impression to the buyer, helps in increasing sales, helps one to become more memorable, increases recognition and enables one to stand out from his competition as a freelancer.
When designing the personal logo, he should do proper research on the client's business since the logo is being developed for the client's company and not for oneself. In researching the client's business, you should establish its customers and what the company is selling. Once you have found out the relevant information, it's easier to determine the right shapes, color, font, and maybe even the symbols to use in the logo to be designed.
