Effective strategy execution continues to be a challenging issue among senior managers and decision-makers today. The process of strategy execution is often facilitated by various human resource functions such as recruitment, training, and development. Process

The process entails perfectly aligning structures, systems, and operational goals and objectives to guide a team towards success. Alignment is considered to be a crucial aspect in strategy execution.
