Introduction
When it comes to anything that is to be injected into the humans' bodies, people are cautious and anxious in knowing how it works and its effects on the body besides its functions. Halo chip being one of such things, is likely to bring a controversial debate to the public, which is why stakeholder reaction is essential. It is good that the public is told the truth that apart from the halo chip maintaining behaviour tendencies and climatic conditions as well as their health at some point, it may also have other effects like emotional suppressing. The stakeholders are meant to give their reactions to this so that it can be successful or, if it does not confer with the people's health, then adjusted. The microchip is meant to moderate human behaviours. Halo Chip is an inconspicuous microchip that uses intellectual genome reprogramming to moderate human behaviours after it is implanted in the human. The primary reason for the microchip is to develop habits in the user over some period of time; it aims at lowering the pressure human beings have on nature and environmental surroundings. Halo Chip microchips help by enhancing the tendency of daily exercising on a daily basis, thus reducing the burden of private transport. It is also supposed to help people develop decent eating habits, which are meant to help with a person's health wellness and reduce the pressure on the food systems.
Human Rights Watch
Ethical issues
The Halo chip presents an ethical issue to Human Rights Watch stakeholder because the product's core technology could potentially suppress emotions. This would make human beings uncomfortable and causing more pain inside. Suppressing od emotions could lead to the physical stress of the user. Also, the nature of the product and its core technology is likely to be manipulated and used to achieve behavioural advantages in other applications like warfare which is against the Human Rights Watch. The stakeholder is against crisis and conflicts that could be caused by warfare or that could cause warfare. Its crisis and conflict division exposes and advocates to end violations of human rights and the laws of war during conflicts. This makes it an issue.
Sustainable Development Goals
The consequences of SDGs are to create a better climatic world in the years to come. The UN Sustainable Development Goal is climate action, and that is what halo chip is all about. The implication is living in a world that is climatically stable.
Evaluation and analysis of Human Rights Watch Stakeholder reaction
The Human Rights Watch reaction intensity to the halo chip could be high because all it wants are human rights to be respected. At the start of the venture, Human Rights Watch is recognized as a relevant party. It would be best if to do so to avoid encountering with the issue of additional stakeholders with troublesome agendas connecting the campaign after it begins. Ensure that the stakeholder is associated with the project's deadlines and positions. Glen Alleman, vice president, Integrated Advising and Quality Assurance at Lewis & Fowler, a process improvement and collaborating firm in Niwot, CO, replied, "You demand to have a comprehensive arrangement on the narrative of the task, the timeframes, and what people's positions are." "Establishing regulations of interaction that describe people's operations and whether they are rulers or supporters is critical before the project starts. Midway through a task, you don't need your adherents clamouring to be rulers. "At the commencement of the process, everyone needs to comply with all of the regulations," Endres agrees. "Inability to do so could contribute to disruptions funding issues, and lost opportunities." Come to an agreement on how to manage project adjustments. According to Alleman, the more complicated the task is, the more adjustments there will be. "It is critical for a project's achievement that all decision-makers concur on how to deal with adjustments. Make an effort to communicate effectively. This is something that demands to be characterized from the beginning of the project. According to Enders, the operation group should decide on the level of interaction and what will be included in it. "Interaction should generally be brief and focused on advancement and significance," he explained. "All stakeholders must be able to benefit from the interaction." Maintain visibility of the project's ambition. According to Enders, maintaining the project perception visible enables everyone to remain organized on what's essential. "By doing so, the risk of magnification creep is reduced." Involve stakeholders in the procedure. From start to finish, Specialists stress the importance of involving stakeholders in the significant issue, analyzing new prerequisites and compiling lessons-learned categories. Define what it means to be "done." Endres points out that stakeholder must agree on what constitutes "done." "If they don't, the design could quickly derail. Last but not least, remember to empathize with other decision-makers. A compassionate evaluation, according to Nankeen, can assist a PM in revealing concealed factors that can assist them in determining how to handle problems. "For instance, if an elevated stakeholder is extremely motivated to sustain your task, users may discover it more beneficial to devote time housing trust with a reduced stakeholder as compared with an elevated stakeholder."
Friends of the Earth
Ethical issues
Other ethical issues that are probably to be generated by this project include the question of testing the effectiveness or faultiness of the microchips. The issue that arises in this section is the infringement of the subjects that would be used to test the Halo Chips. Another ethical issue that might prove to be hindrances to the development of this project is the health and human rights of the people using microchips (Mohamed & Chaudhry, 2021, February). The question of whether the user of the chips would be at their own freewill while under the influence of the microchips question on the respect for human rights this project has. The health of the user is also a concern considering that a foreign object is inserted into a person's body. The fear for one health might be due to the side effects the microchips might have or fears of radiations and other microwaves related to signal transfer.
Sustainable Development Goals
The implication of the halo chip in association with the Friends of the Earth and UN sustainable development goals is to create a clean atmosphere where there is less consumption of processed foods which will also implicate good health for the user.
Evaluation and analysis of Friends of the Earth Stakeholder reaction
Friends of the Earth defends the environment and strengthens projects meant to protect public health. The halo chip aims at stabilizing climate, and that is its association with Friends of the Earth. Friends of the Earth's likely initial reaction to the halo chip project is that they should support it because it supports their objectives as a stakeholder and those of the public. I do not think there is a turning point in association with the Friends of the Earth because the most significant part of the reaction supports the project. There is nothing that could make them change their position except that halo chips could be used badly in manipulating warfare. This is, however, a single per cent of a limitation and therefore no changing position. Friends of the Earth defends the environment and strengthens projects meant to protect public health. The principal USP of our technology is to address climate change by reducing negative human impacts on the environment. We view the Halo Chip as a unique product for contributing towards the realization of multiple Sustainable Development Goals. Currently, we anticipate that our flagship product – the Halo Chip – is around 5-7 years from commercialization, subject to mandatory screening procedures and regulatory approval. In anticipation of this, we are soliciting your expertise in evaluating any risks and threats that we may face in the commercialization of the Halo microchip. This connects to the Friends of the Earth goals, and that is why support the project.
Limitations of theories
The theories used incorporate a high degree of practical outreach: the natural world has many facets. Such a ‘policy’ process of solving everyday moral issues is useless and ignores the real-world context of decision-makers. These v
