The cigar bar is determined to become a successful business and attain a high marketplace share within the cigar industry. Despite the fact that cigar bar exists in a very competitive market, this business will be unique as it will offer a new brand of flavored tobacco that will be sold in a cigar friendly environment for people living in Saginaw County of Michigan and any other visitor. Also, the tobacco products will come in different flavors depending on the different needs of their clients. The findings of research on trends of cigar industry have shown that cigar bars are not widespread in many places and that is an advantage to this proposed business (Belch et al. 2012). Also, the findings identified gaps which were used to determine the targets for the business. Some of the customers who will be targeted by this business comprise of clients who want a comfortable environment to sit and smoke such tobacco brands. Also, the business will target tourists and guests visiting the county and want a place to sit and have a discussion. Lastly, the cigar bar is going to target customers who are in hurry and want to take their cigars with them.
