Organizations are integrated institutions that comprise of groups and individuals who are listed as stakeholders. The selected organization that faces organizational dynamics problems is Abercrombie & Fitch, (A&F). A&F is an American retailer that mainly focuses on casual wear for young customers. It has three brands, which are Hollister Co, Abercrombie Kids, and Gilly Hicks. A&F affects its stakeholders through its procedures, policies, and programs. Conversely, the effectiveness and efficiency of its stakeholders such as organizational leaders and employees impact on A&F. the relationship between the stakeholders and A&F has caused problems with A&F’s organization dynamics. Each organization that has employees and an organizational interface endeavors to increase job satisfaction, productivity, and profitability while reducing losses and employee turnover.
