For the past few years there has been a dramatic growth of population around the planet. These advancements are greatly happening in the developed countries like America, but in numerous other nations as well. In the last few years, China and India have accepted trends from the Western fashion. These two nations are densely populated, and the majority of them are youths who are attracted to Western ways. Due to their huge population the two nations offer an opportunity for business.
The merchandise and services that are currently in demand tend to differ from those of the past generations. The main advancements in technology have played a major role in the increasing demands. The present generation mostly focuses on Quality, fashion, speed, and convenience. Currently, marketers believe that for them to attract youths, they must provide them with the trendy and classy goods (Majumdar, 2006). Such products and services should be center on things like technology, fashion, music and other influential things that are significant to the youngsters.
The western mode of spending consists of advanced sensitivity to economic class, denoting that lots of most is being used up. For instance, the majority of the young citizens currently worry about the image they want to have flashy cars and the newest Smartphone. Today's marketing strategy is centered on advertising in methods that youngsters are well-known. Promotion of goods and services has been the commonly used method in China and India hence companies in the U.S should employ the same technique. Also, the young populaces in India and China now have the option of deciding what products and services they want. Since these youths are more focused on what they desire, they tend to demand products according to their wish. They also want to establish numerous methods to individualize their personality and be unique unlike those in America (Mullins, 2013).
The micro and macro-environmental forces that pressure the marketing plans for these products and service include competition, technology, media, demography, and high income. Both Indian and Chinese wealth is measured to be mounting at much faster speed. This means that the universal economic situation of these nations is promising to its public and generally the youths who are the bulk. When a lot of citizens have high income, their lifestyle will change, and they will tend to go for the classy and quality merchandise in the market. With lofty income, the young people in China and India will purchase more of the products available in the market unlike when they have less income that can only cater for basic needs like food.
Media is a further influential thing that controls the marketing makeup of stock and services. It plays a key purpose in the endorsement of goods through the announcements aired. Thing like newspaper, radio, and television are a great basis of passing on news to the community (Pong, 2009).
