Project Evaluation
1. The programme was focused on youths who have a dream of running businesses. Its purpose was to equip youths with entrepreneurship skills as well as to give a new approach to business. A group of young entrepreneurs met in a hotel (off-site retreat) to receive a two weeks entrepreneurship curriculum training from programme facilitators before starting their businesses. It will also help in addressing emerging issues like programme review. I may give the trainees time to give their feedback on the training as it may would help in adjusting for future trainings .It involves a short presentation, post-tests training tests group discussions or action at home plans. In this regard, we are able to get a direct feedback on the impact of the training on the trainees. Donald Kirkpatrick (1959), states why trainees’ reaction is very important; he explains that you want them to feel that the training was a valuable experience, and you ...
