In my opinion, Computers refer to digitalized machines that utilize electricity to process raw data to information. They have an ability to receive, store, process data and send information. I will elaborate on the benefits and setbacks of computers across the world both in education sector, banking sector, Agricultural sector and the society in general in this piece of work.
In my opinion, Computers help increase the productivity within organizations. These electronic machines are able to print, edit, share and process documents and letters in a presentable manner. Word processor within computers helps to produce presentable and accurate data. Once connected to internet, Computers are great source of entertainment. Music, games, movies are readily available and accessed on computers. Streaming and online music and videos from sites such as Netflix, Amazon and YouTube are readily accessible through computers (Sun et al, 2015).
I believe that computers reduce waste by storing huge amounts of data. EBook tools store thousands of data since they have huge capacity of storage. They are able to store large number of books, movies, pictures, documents and songs digitally. There exists proper organization of information within computers. Information is sorted and organized alphabetically. This helps easy accessibility of information by its users (Lapierre & Dane, 2020). A variety of information is accessible through Google search and other sites which enriches its users.
