Whether to multi-task or mono-task is a common workplace dilemma. In the former case, people deal with more than one activity simultaneously, while in the latter, they concentrate on a single undertaking before progressing to the next one. Nonetheless, compared to each other, I find mono-tasking more important than multitasking because it helps one avoid mental fatigue occasioned by combining tasks.
