Creativity is one of the predominant factor that contribute to person performance in different domains of work. All human being have different level of intelligent and are not equally creative. Human beings show behaviors that evidence the capability for creativity. In this case, creativity can be taken as a form of solving a problem for which there are no tranquil answers. In psychology, creativity has been taken in terms of person and has been referred to as the intrapersonal and interpersonal process. In dealing with human being, the concentrations should be on introducing new ideas and original ideal that is seen as the foundation of creative potential. Moreover, it is commendable to distinguish between convergent and divergent thought. Challenges related to divergent though need the challenge solver to create many high quality solutions.
To understand human being creativity, the difference between creativity and intelligence should be made. Study has indicated that the aspects of creativity can indeed be differentiated from intelligence. In most cases, the term gifted is associated with intelligence. However, intelligence and creativity are not dependent and a highly creative human being may not be highly intelligent. Moreover, creativity extends and utilizes artistic talent. Talent is the possession of the high level of technical skills in a specific area. It is significant to acknowledge that creativity is shown not only in artistic work. For human being, the central point of creativity should remain on the generation of ideas. Creative problem solving in arranged group circumstances is not only effective, but an economical use of periods. In addition, though the process of creativity are personal in nature, they are usually imitated and grower in group settings just like how instructors apply the technique of brainstorming. Mostly, creativity is not completely exploited because instructors do not acknowledge the factors that seem to hinder the process of creativity.
According to the study conducted by the author whereby 248 students participated. It was found that interpersonal factors affect individual creativity because individuals has different intelligence level. Creativity is taken as the ultimate human undertakings, a critical complex process, hard to ratify and to control. Some scholars claim that the creative process is different from the day to day human thinking and involve a process that cannot be evaluated, reconstructed or formulated, other claims that the result of ordinary thinking is distinct from the everyday thinking. Since creative ideas are not similar from the normal ideas, individuals usually believe that creative ideas need situations dramatically distinct from the usual. The idea goes that, so as to overcome mental hindrance and arrive at creative ideas, full sovereignty is needed, whereby no bounded scope exist. The author suggests that the possible means in which creative undertakings may be affected by the organizational setting. The study methods involved brainstorming and random simulation that depended on assumptions that the anarchy of thoughts rise the emergence of creative ideas. However, these methods failed to improve creative results.
As a matter of fact, incentives for human being tend to obstruct the creative process as well as the flexibility of thoughts. Creativity is an important aspects in human being development and in human being interactions. Creativity is further shaped through social interactions. Furthermore, research indicated that different individual behaviors occur as a results of individual creativity, which are more likely to be manifested in situations that satisfy persona basic psychological necessity. However, though creativity is a determinant of thoughts, they are latent constructs. That is, an individual is not a simple function of their creativity.
