They also have a strong computer and technology background because they were born in the era of modernization and technological innovations mostly in the computer industry. They are also able to balance their work and personal lives for example they don’t take home workplace anger to their children and spouses. The generation X is problem solving people with creativity to handle work related challenges and their productivity is high due to their self-reliant nature which enables them to forge a working relationship with the supervisors at workplace.
Generation Y
This is the most dynamic generation of people who are highly optimistic for a good future after completing their education and they take pride on their work which contributes to grater good (Zemke & Raines 2013). Diversity is an important element to a prosperous nation. This generation has taken the world by storm through the magical inventions and innovations geared to making the lives of the people as simple as possible (Johnson & Johnson 2010).
