A Preschool Program for Children of Ages Three to Five Years
Children learn differently as they grow, with each stage having a distinctive way of learning and required materials. Therefore, when designing a school program, it is vital to take note of the child's development process to ascertain the needs appropriate for each of the stages. Ages 3-5 are essential for learning as children grow, and thus it is crucial to develop an effective preschool program that covers social, emotional, physical and cognitive skills.

Therefore, a preschool child can compute numbers up to 10, including giving descriptions of colours and shapes at this stage. Further, at this stage, children can also protect themselves as they play.
