The three types of decisions
The three types of decisions include the programmed decisions. It is a type of decision that an individual does not have to spend a lot of time in making the decision. It can involve deciding what to wear or even what to eat. The second type of decision is the decision rule. They frequently occur and make people develop an automated response. Another type of decision includes the nonprogrammed decisions. They require information gathering, conscious thinking and to a larger extent careful consideration of the alternatives. Decisions can also be in three classifications which include the strategic decisions that normally set the course of the organisation. The tactical decisions that help in determining how thing are going to happen and the last one is operational decisions that each employee has to make each day.
