Problem statement
The research that was done earlier had many errors that led to undesired results because the questions were not arranged in a logical manner and the keying of the results was full of errors. The sampling instrument would be given to the employees and such mistakes could be absent as they would be noticed. Lack of informing the employees is another challenge because employees need to be persuaded and encouraged not just inserting the questionnaire on the payroll without informs them its purpose. Employees are not assured to that the information that is gathered wouldn’t and can’t be used against them, and the data would be handled with a lot of confidence. If this were put into consideration, the process rate would be very high and no second survey would be required.
Analysis
According to question three about fair payment for work is one of the sources of dissatisfaction as many of the respondent disagreed with the statement most of the choosing one that is a very negative response.
