The cause and effect law shows how the two correlate. It is said that the cause of something has its effects and the effects can cause something else. The cause and effect analysis can help the person deal with problems and address them. The cause comes first then the effect follows. This essay is discusses the causes and effect of how we deal with people.
In the lives of today we interact with various people. These people have different backgrounds, cultures, opinion in other words they are diverse. How we deal with other people is determined by a number of factors. These factors include our personality, the situations, and the amount of information a person has. These are primarily the causes of how we deal with people. The way we deal with people may be pleasant or unpleasant depending on how we deal with the situation. Having all facts about a situation will help one deal with a situation in a better way. They are able to judge and argue their point. Using the right words will also ensure the other person understands your point of view, and the position you have taken in regards to the matter at hand. It is also important to take into consideration the other persons feeling when dealing with an issue of communication. It is important to listen to their point of view and their solutions ( Kent & Goodhart, 2011)
The effects of how we deal with other people can be termed as good or bad. The other person may feel offended, and in turn stir up an argument. They can also tend to harbor negative feelings or in the positive aspect correct their mistakes. The way other people perceive how you dealt with them will determine how they act in future. If for instance you deal with a problem without listening to their views there is a high chance that the same problem will arise again next time. Avoiding dealing with a problem will also lead to the reoccurrence of the problem again and may be of a bigger magnitude. At times people already have perceptions even before dealing with a problem .It is the responsibility of the person having the problem to deal with those perspectives if they want to succeed in the way they deal with people (Carl, 2011).
