Computer Literacy:
* I am very skilled in Microsoft word and excel. As I am a professional freelancer, I know the application of various IT related work. I always have to update myself in order to survive and compete in freelance market place. I am able to do Internet Research, MicrosoftWord, Virtual Assistant, Email Handling, Lead Generation, Administrative Support, Microsoft Excel, Customer Service & Data Science Analytics & Data Management related works. I have also completed an advanced Web Designing and Developmentcourse from the Sylhet IT Academy. That is why I know how to do meeting with clients to discuss website design and function, Designing and building the website front-end, Creating the website architecture, Designing and managing the website back-end including database and server integration, Generating WordPress themes and plugins, Conducting website performance tests, Troubleshooting content issues, Conducting WordPress training with the client and Monitoring the performance of the live website.
Language Competency:
As Bangla is my Mother Tongue, That is why I am very good at Bengali. I studied in a Renown English Medium School and College for 14 years. I have completed ``O'' Level & ``A'' Level under Edexcel Board .I have also Completed a foundation course in Accounting and Management from a Renown UK College and my awarding body is Anglia Ruskin University. I gave Private tuitions to so many English medium school students. I also taught spoken English and IELTS courses for various institutions I worked for Union Power Corporation. It is a Canadian Company. My work was included in www.cartofact.com.I had been working for this company for 7 months as a Data Science Analytics and Data management specialist. I have been working as a copywriter on the Upwork freelance marketplace for two years. Sometimes, I work for QA world and FFT Transcription Company as a transcriptionist.Actually, I am a freelancer in various freelancing market places. All these things make me very proficient in the English Language. Ican understand Hindi and Urdu and I have some Basic Knowledge about the Arabic Language as well.
