Recent social media posts by female activists aiming to promote change specifically in men and anybody who is involved in gender inequality has inspired creation of this campaign. This piece will apply the sociological theory to the topic of Gender inequality and determine its usefulness to understand the issue. The Campaign topic is: Look at women, but all of us can end gender inequality. This topic shows that it’s not only women who can change it but every human being. The slogan is, 'All human rights are women's rights and all women's are human rights”. I hope to reach the audience, and teach them about the gender inequality issues. Besides, I hope from the campaign women and girls are made aware of their own rights. Additionally, I hope there is an outcome of behavior change in how rights about women are created by the parliament, how managers are involved in hiring and how the society treats women and girls.
