Lois Quam used emotions and feelings in various ways to tell her point. She is passionate and determined to ensure that she promotes the green economy to a better future. She puts a lot of effort to prepare a better life for the generations ahead. For instance, she quits her job in one of the best investment firms to join a newly established company and to help them in solve some of the challenges the world faces in management of the environment. This illustrates how she is willing to respond to positive emotions and moods in her new place of work. She shows this in her speech, where she is sure that the company will grow in the future to become one of the best in the global.
