Approximately 78 years is the age at which most people on the planet make it to maturity. However, there are different locations every year, individuals commemorate their 100th birthdays. The regions of the world with the healthier and longest-living populations are called the "Blue Zones." The researchers that studied the Blue Zones discovered that all of them had nine common lifestyle behaviors that contributed to their high levels of mental but also physical wellness. Therefore, the essay describes how I can incorporate some of these recommendations.
Having a purpose in life is one of the suggestions I would try to implement in my own life.
