The human resource (HR) is obligated to recruit and train employees in the company. Before the hiring of an employee, he has to meet the set company standards. As the HR, there are five places where one would recruit customer service assistance that includes online services, telecommunication offices, staffing firms, unemployment offices, and hospitals.
HR has to look for self-discipline, hardworking, result-oriented mind, trustworthy, and self-motivated employee to work in a production area. Although the HR offers training for the new employees in the company, at the production line employees are expected to have some necessary skills. Experienced employees are the best to hire at the production line. The five places where one would recruit for production line include loading area, packaging of products, at the processing section, in the manufacturing area, and at the construction stages.
