The student has explicitly covered the students as stakeholders in the education sector and has presented how legal and ethical issues would affect them. Students are the primary stakeholders in the education sector (Hudon,et al., 2014). Thus, by addressing the legal and ethical issues inside the class can arise is essential for this work. A recommendation for the faculty to provide a course syllabus, reading materials, lectures, instruction, guidance, and feedback to students is also of great significance to the study.
Other aspects that help in adding more weight on the work is the concern about how the organization expects to uphold ethics through shared governance, fairness, faculty recruitment, administration behavior, utilization of the budget, standards and policies, and the educational environment. This is a core aspect that needs to be tackled when we address legal aspects and ethics in an organization. Ethics is grounded basically on fairness and on the pillars of shared governance. In cases where ethical issues arise the faculties and organization’s reputation is always at risk. (Hudon,et al., (2014)demonstrate, accounting shortages is linked with the reputation of the accountants just the same way the nurses also have the same aspect.
To sum up, the student did a comprehensive work, though; he has to concentrate more on all the stakeholders in a learning environment. The work would gain more marks if the student dedicated himself to all the instructions and become more explicit in giving strong explanations as the question demands. Moreover, he should highlight some of the ethical and the legal issues in the entire work to ensure the work looks more organized (Liu, et al., 2012)..
