All people in the world are not the same, and humans have used their differences as a weapon. The movie, “The Shape of Water," shows an ideal portrayal of this point. The movie is about a forbidden love between a mute woman and a mysterious creature. The movie is enchanting and moving, which makes it a great movie that everyone would want to watch again the minute it is done playing. From the beginning, the movie portrays to the viewers a dream-like moment that makes many people think this is a fairy tale, which may not play by the rules of realism. Later on, the movie develops around the struggle of inequality and class differences between the characters.
