Is it Fair for the Homosexuals to Adopt a Child? (Essay Sample)

Should same-sex couples be allowed to adopt children as easily as heterosexual couples?
Homosexuality and its space in our societies has been a debatable issue since the dawn of 21st century, and according to (Jonas, 2012), the act of practicing, associating with and/or adopting homosexuality is a phenomenon that is being met by force by almost all the African States, majority of the European countries, and Asian countries. The art of engaging in a sensual activity between people of the same gender is just disgusting, can you just imagine two men behind closed doors, what the hell. In the personal view, I would recommend that all these people who find themselves attracted to the people of the same gender should be subjected to some kind of therapy and be advised accordingly. That aside, it is important to acknowledge that the world is a big place and is habited by people of different culture, practices, origins, and races. Everyone deserves the right to be heard, cared for and loved no matter the race or culture they inhabit.
The world of the homosexuals has not been that so easy and simple, these individuals undergo a lot of tribulations, hatred, and prejudice. The reason is that not so many people have actually acknowledged their existence in our respective cultures. However, in the recent past, a lot of changes and positive developments has been seen in the journey to accept these rare species of people amongst different societies all over the globe. Moreover, as a matter of fact, every human being deserve to leave a normal and happy life matter the vector taken in his/her social life (Hausman, 2013). Recently the USA passed a law to legalize the marriage between people of the same gender, and still, then a number of debates have been aired on whether the people of LGBT subculture should be allowed to adopt children. According to the debate conducted by Debate.org, 2018, 66% of the participants voted in favor while 34% voted against. In my opinion, I would support the move that the LGBT individuals should be allowed to adopt children, and the following are the supporting facts: It is a must to respect human rights, androgynies are just men and women and they deserve to be respected. They beget the equal rights that we hold. Androgynist can be responsible, caring and generous, kind parents, consequently better than the regular heterosexual parents we know. To the ordinary individuals, homosexuality is a vice and comprise a lot of unethical, wrong and unsettled phenomena. The world we live in today has changed and to make most out of it we should be more open-minded. We've got to think more positive. We have to understand that some kid somewhere needs familial care and if we care for their welfare, we should acknowledge the fact that the homosexuals can provide that required parental care; Love is Love, this spells my second argument in support of the latter, and that is it. Love is what is needed for successful parenting (Hausman, 2013). There is no significant difference
