Women are the home managers in different cultures and societies, and therefore take care of scarce resource efficaciously. It is because they know how to handle, allocate and maintain the little resources they own efficiently. It is an essential element in defining who a good leader should be.
Women inspire others
Women have a burning desire to achieve when they are in need. Studies have shown that individuals working under women are more engaged than those under men. Human beings are social, and for them to be motivated, they need to be engaged in talks and discussions that will motivate them in taking an absolute decision and committing them. Women act as love to talk and it through this way that they can influence others to move forward to in the line of company goals (DiGeorgio-Lutz, 2002).
Women Collaborate with people quickly
Women know how to multitask at times since they are home makers and usually make everyone happy, and this works as an added advantage for them in organizations.
