RECOMMENDATIONS
From the analysis, insights, and findings in the study, marketing plays an important role in creating brand awareness and promotion. Therefore, the following methods are suggested to be more helpful in creating increased customer awareness; offering newsletters, Master referral marketing, and target multiple audiences. These are more likely to create more markets for brands when applied in line with the existing marketing strategies.
Offering Newsletters
The customer reach is vital in increasing efficiency in marketing, for example, individual marketing methods can use newsletters in determining the rate of returns on investments. Splash can offer Newsletters in various methods to the targeted clients like in Figure 1, they can be posted on the online platforms that the majority of the targeted markets visit frequently. According to the analysis in the study, Meghan is more likely attractive to the female gender, this can act as the best scene to increase customer awareness of the female gender by posting the newsletters to the online platforms that are frequently visited by the female gender in search of beauty and skincare brands. In comparison to other marketing channels, email marketing delivers higher returns on investment. Personalized newsletters (Figure 2) can be posted to personal emails since there is a high likelihood of reaching more customers in this context. The main aim of marketing is to increase customer base and increase sales, Meghan can post emails to websites since when people are in their mailboxes they tend to have eye-catching attention on the newsletters that pop up and the chances of getting the contacts of the company promoted by the newsletter. Trying to reach more clients in the email will create the focus on what is in the newsletter. Subscribers will first click on the newsletter before proceeding to the general email and this even makes the customer decide immediately to purchase the product.

Master Referral Marketing
Master referral marketing works by the use of the existing and the past customers in spreading the product, brand, and service as an offer to the target customers. The ANOVA analysis has shown that there is a positive relationship between attractiveness and likeness. However, research has proved that consumer trust is more increased either what or completely through recommendations from colleagues, family members, or a friend about a brand (Blanchard et al., 2018). Considering Meghan from a royal family, referrals will be the most effective method of increasing profits in brands than relying on mere customer interests that are not generally impressive because the royal families will trust Meghan for any referral. Every time customers are happy about a brand, they are more likely to refer a friend, colleague, or family member to the brand. For the company to be successful in the use of master referral marketing, they must be prepared to provide the best customer experience, no customer is willing to recommend brands to their friends or colleagues if the brand does not meet their expectations. Secondly, the company can consider asking for referrals when they are not receiving the numbers they expect from the customers, this will be a simple nudge from the existing customers to their friends or colleagues.
Target Multiple Audiences
Targeting multiple audiences is one of the business challenges that entrepreneurs are facing in the modern world (Goncharova et al., 2019). In an attempt to reach more customers in the niche market, Meghan needs to consider the act of safeguarding losses in one market and increasing profits in the other market. It’s very efficient to have multiple customers since nurturing relationships with a variety of audiences creates a profitable platform for the same business. From the analysis of this research, the Mukbang program does not have an online network that is desirable for the business to run effectively. Mukbang program can adopt the following two solutions; blogging and paid advertisements. Blogging creates customer awareness through the writing of blogs and posting them to the target market through sites such as the hub-spot( Figure 2). It consists of three blog parts that are marketing, sales, and client success blogs. Engaging multiple audiences in these blogs will be very assertive to Mukbang program in increasing customers for their brand. Additionally, paid advertising such as (Figure 1) will allow the Mukbang program to reach wider audiences and increase their market reach, these advertisements should focus on creating messages to multiple audiences and reaching the targeted audiences through sites such as the nutshell.
