Abstract
This paper is a proposal plan Wi-Fi infrastructure to support the mobile devices within the triOS Kitchener Campus. The plan is taken in a bid to provide, fast and cost-effective Wi-Fi access within the campus block. As is, wireless communication has developed to become an integral part of life. The wireless technology has shaped an appropriation that has cut through industry stands to offer direction for solutions to the needs of the ever-increasing needs for internet-enabled mobile devices. This proposal report will focus on the infrastructural consideration, software and hardware consideration and cost-effective mechanisms for implementation of the Wi-Fi systems.

Introduction
According to Naughton (2016), the internet has evolved quickly to become the most significant heterogeneous point of device communication and infrastructure in the world. He cites that by 2014, statistical reports indicated that at least more than 3 billion people have access to the internet. Put into a perspective, the figure was almost half of the world population by that time. Pundit report highlight that increased internet consumption is proliferated by the advancement of mobile devices such as tablets, smartphones, smartwatches, among others. Significantly, increased internet consumption has been compounded by the advancement of wireless technologies. Wireless technologies have taken a developmental phase in a faster manner since its discovery by Nobel Prize Laureate Marconi in the year 1895 (Bart and Bart, 2018). The first wireless communication was one through radio transmission. Since then, wireless communication attributes have been explored in different scales depending on the reliability and effectiveness of utility.
