Introduction
Every day in different television station, radio station, and social media we see or hear about women being attacked, beaten, raped, or even being killed. This means that the world is in total mess, people have lost humanity and women need protection, not only from the government. Criminal Victimization Bulletin of 2018 indicates that in the U.S. women and ladies from the age of 12 years and above experienced an approximated 5.9 million violent victimization. These violent victimizations consist of sexual assault or rape, aggravated assault, robbery, and simple assault (Hollander, 2016). Thus, the disturbing statistics tell the world that women need to do something to protect or defend themselves against the attackers. Moreover, it is high time for women to learn how to defend themselves and stop making it easy for these attackers. Although biologically speaking women are weak as compared to a man, it does not mean that they should not learn how to defend themselves when they are attacked.
