Various features make different cities attractive and desirable to live in. Some of them have sites with global historical significance to humanity. Others have spectacular buildings and monuments with unique designs that do not exist elsewhere in the world. Still, others present cultural trends and unmatched diversity in culture, music, and cuisine. If there is a city I would like to live in, that place is London. My reasons for choosing London include my historical desire to visit Hyde Park, the presence of good jobs and prosperous businesses that increase economic viability, and the fact that London is a multicultural and cosmopolitan city.
Since I first interacted with information on London Hyde Park, my desire to visit the site has increased every new day. I have read about it to the extent I visualize myself in the park. This location connects directly with the beauty of nature. The Canadian goose, Alopochen Aegyptiacus, Bar-headed goose, Carrion Crow, and the Grey Heron are but examples of the birds that parch the park trees and swim the waters of the Serpentine Lake. Among the events that take place at the park, the Royal Gun Salutes that occur on special royal occasions stand out as the most thrilling. Dressed in their spectacular red uniforms, the King's Troop Royal Horse Artillery fire the cannons to celebrate the Queen’s birthday, the state opening of parliament, and other occasions. Just to mention but a few monuments, the Wellington Monument, Dell Megalith, George Gordon Byron Monument, and the Diana Monument all present the inspiring memories of success (Rabbitts, 2015). Should I live in London, this will become my resting and sightseeing zone.
