Importance of Ethics
The concept of ethics is a crucial issue in company management because it controls the day-to-day conduction of activities at workplaces. Work ethics is essential because it ensures a positive ambiance at the workplace (Hernandez, 2019). Besides, ethics facilitates mentorships and also impact management guidelines in different organizations. Furthermore, ethics increases the positive bonding between employees and employers; thereby, leading to workplace commitment.
