Ethics is a moral philosophy that deals with what is of wrong and what is of right conduct and values are principals or standards of one’s behavior. Successful managers should be well informed and should have a good understanding of values and ethics so as to maintain their success. In this paper, I will explore what successful managers should know about values and ethics.
Successful managers should have honesty and integral values which are the cornerstone of sustainable success. Truthful and consistence managers are able to create trust and commitment to employees and also inspire teamwork.
