The major purpose of the Islamic law is defined by Muslim scholars as bringing benefits and warding off harms to the individual and society [Islamic law (slide 89)].One of the major distinction between the Islamic law and Western legal systems is the result of the Islamic concept of law as the expression of the divine will. After the colonialist retrieved from the Muslim lands they had created an existing system of governance and a system of education. This ensured the maintenance of their interests even after they departed and escaped the financial burden of colonialism. One of the tragedies that modern Muslim disclose according to (Hamza, 2008) is the idea that Muslim is a solution yet with no proof.
