An example of how I have demonstrated leadership during the past two weeks.
Displaying leadership skills implies that an organization, teachers, and peers learnt out more about yourself. In this regard, they want to identify ways that can be used in making informed choices during that time. In the past two weeks, I have been able to be positive about my charity work. I was involved in a fundraiser and raised a lot of money that will be used in helping children.
In this event, I learnt that people wants a leader who will come in and take in charge of the event that is going on. Sure, it is necessary to carry out management during an event. I was able to get people involved in the program by thanking them and explaining the reason why we are involved in the charity work. I delegated tasks to the committee ruining organization and also, involved in the supervision of them to ensure that every member achieves what he or she has been delegated to him or her. Through my leadership, the group was able to show a high level of organization and also tracking donations as well as creating an interest in the program (Blanchard, 2013).
