Introduction
Drug use is one of the universal practices exhibited by most individuals in every country around the world. Drugs can be legal or illicit, depending on the declaration by a country’s law, which is done after examining the health effects of a particular drug. Illegal drugs have adverse effects on the users and may even lead to serious health effects such as madness. Research conducted at one of the music clubs in Australia presents the rate of drug usage by individuals. The study aimed at determining the number of illicit drug users and how the rate of drug usage can be controlled (Wilson, Donald, Shattock, Wilson, & Fraser-Hurt, 2015, p.S8). The researchers wanted to formulate an approach of ensuring a reduction in health effects of illicit drugs based on the evidence collected from the music party. Arguably, the confirmation received from the study can be used to ensure a total reduction of health effects of illicit drugs in humanity.
