The best way to approach the community is by showing that the aim is to exchange information, share resources, enhance capacity, and reach a common purpose. The project aims at educating laypersons. However, most of these individuals may not have health problems. Thus, they might not feel that they need to learn anything. Therefore, the visiting providers must communicate the essence of the project to them well. The best way to do this is by finding someone who represents the members. The chosen individual should act as a neutral convener. Furthermore, the site may have more than one hospital. Thus, a neutral person is needed to process collaboration.
