Trauma is a condition or severe behavioural state that results from either mental or emotional problems for example misconception in the human brain, and torture and brutality within the family set up. The article compares PTSD (Post Trauma Stress Disorder) interns of symptom severity and symptom cluster (Lynn et al, 2008).
To accomplish the comparison, the nursing staff, the nursing staff organized a group to witness a threat to patients. The demonstration by the three groups of nurses followed their vast experience in the designated exceptional care groups of people with traumatic ailment. Patients with emotional distress are threats to themselves and the other patients; they may not be understood the state at which they are in, and the corresponding actions influenced by their mental illnesses (Lynn et al, 2008).
Through the simulation process, the desire to continue with research was necessary to determine the best ways to deal with different types of traumatic conditions. This was as a result of monitoring how different patients behave when exposed to similar situations. A number of patients reacted the same way, while others behaved in a peculiar way as if there were facing a destructive impact (Lynn et al, 2008).
In ensuring that the simulation is accomplished accordingly, the list of traumatized individuals was replaced with a list of nurses and other health practitioners within then health sector. The participants were assigned respective duties that would enhance accomplishment of the demonstration process, thus leaving the patients and the nursing staff at risk of attack by the traumatized patients. The worst scenario of traumatized patients to fight and hurt themselves compared to the other members within the health institution (Lynn et al, 2008).
Under such conditions, the medical practitioners should not group the patients with traumatic conditions in a ward without accessing the various situations that resulted into trauma.

Overview
The post Trauma Stress Disorder (PTSD) is a peculiar disorder where the diagnostic criteria are triggered by the psychiatric disorder.
The comparison of the traumatic situation involved a large population of people involved in the process of comparing the different traumatic conditions. The patients were not exceptional since they too suffered from injuries caused by objects. In spite of concern from the medical department, the traumatic conditions do not cause threats to the nursing staff but instead they cause more problems to themselves. They believe that the nursing staff is assisting for their well being (Lynn et al, 2008).
The comparison of the witnessed and direct trauma has different impacts differently to the application areas, especially when the affected is attending to some work. The workers tribunal compensation derived ways through which could declare the two groups as (1) psychological disorder arising from features and events that involve both indirect and direct threats to the ground (Lynn et al, 2008).
In a working place, the group of individuals with direct psychological disorders is accepted on the ground of compensation since their effects are clearly visible to the workers groups. It is difficult to determine the indirect psychological disorders since they are perceived to be pretending. However, some of the conditions should be accessed theoretically other than the perception on the patients’ conditions (Lynn et al, 2008).
The deferent categories of the traumatized disorder
The initial definition of traumatic stressors in the DSM- III was referred to as a situation of traumatic stressors. This would cause significant distress symptoms in every situation that they face (Lynn et al, 2008).
Types of Trauma Stressors
The definition that reflects the characteristics of post trauma stress disorder is a sign of extremely rare kind of trauma, the decision was later declared to be vague paving way for fresh diagnostics. Just as the DMS-III was marked strange from the other stressors, the Post trauma stress disorder differs from the other disorders both in intensity and frequency (Lynn et al, 2008).
DSM-IV and IV-TR have been moved to a bipartite that vastly increased the uplifting range by the subjective response on the affected parties. In discussion, it is believed that this is a kind of trauma that evolved or threatened death or a serious injury; kit could also be a threat to physical integrity, or self. The first criterion A1 which indicated that if not well cares for, the integrity for the data (Lynn et al, 2008).
A1 was replaced by A2 which focuses on the individual’s intensity, and also stating that a person’s efforts must evolve intense fear, horror and helplessness. However, based on DSM-IV criterion, most people will confront with at least one potential event related to trauma, which is obviously a change from the normal event (Lynn et al, 2008).
There are growing concern that the labelled conceptual creep bracket which is embedded in the definition of traumatic stressors would blur the distinction between the post trauma stress disorder and the normal distress. Comparison of the asymmetry of different potential threats is required to confirm or ally with the concerns. However, any response to...
