Fair Access to Health Care a Moral Right


There are some international institutions and conventions that emphatically say yes, and they shortened it in the expression of "the right to health." That's one of the acts of Humanitarians Rights which are implemented by the United Nations. Covenant on Social and Economic Rights states that everyone should enjoy the highest attainable level of mental and physical health (Nelson et al., 2018). Despite such declaration, it is still a mystery in terms of fulfillment and implementation in many parts of the world. I strongly agree that fair access to health care is a moral right because of the following reasons; every government in any country-built public health center, international organizational offers some assistance on the same, and others.
According to the research I have made, health care is indeed a basic need and moral right to the people. In every company, there is health insurance cover mainly to cater for health issues that might arise at work. It shows that it is the right of an employer to access health care in comfortable and affordable ways.
