Reflect on the most challenging patient encounters and discuss what was most challenging for each.
I have had different challenging encounters with patients, and the most common ones, in
this case, are as follow. The first encounter was with a patient who had disruptive behaviors and
was not able to follow instructions. With this patient, it was challenging since there are high
chances of medication errors, and the treatment can also fail. The second encounter is withdrawn
behavior while taking the patients history. The challenge of this encounter is the inability to
create a diagnosis and develop a treatment plan for this patient. The third encounter is telling the
patient that she had a sexually transmitted disease. It was a challenge since I doubted whether
the patient would accept the diagnosis and start treatment.

I have learn during my experience how extremely important woman the important to do Pap smear forto rule out early intervention. I also learn patient with heavy irregular period how to educate on proper diet and exercise. Teaching proper breast exam monthly. Reviewed blood work on vitamin D, ultrasound to pelvic, and birth control administration. Additionally, from experience I also realized that situations become more difficult when interacting with different patients (Coward, 2021). The problems can be solvesd through good communication skills, for instance, observation from a distance and applying non-verbal communication to deal with the situation. What resources did you have available?

For this patient, the evidence-based practice that I applied is good communication skills within the health care facility to help manage patients' diverse conditions and situations. What new skills are you learning?
Pap smear and also education on gynecologist visit yearly. Through interaction with the patient, I also learned management skills, especially by applying good communication skills. I also learnt that dealing with some patients can be difficult and annoying, but it is necessary to be patient. What would you do differently?
Nothing that much different as I enjoy the gynecologist visit with the preceptor. Nonetheless, I will propose that I be provided with female assistance since I am dealing with a female to help me find other underlying histories of the patient which she feels uncomfortable sharing out (Lin et al., 2021; Plathe, et al., 2021). I will also advocate for a counselor to help me with the patient since she has a withdrawn behavior and can refuse treatment and medication. How are you managing patient flow and volume 10-15 per day.
Patient management flow and volume have not been that difficult since the hospital has provided me with adequate medical facilities. There is also a waiting bay that allows me to attend to patients one after the other with adequate rooms to admit them through communication and feedback. How might I improve on my skills and knowledge, and how do I communicate that back to my Preceptor?
