The assessment involves discussing the challenges nurse leaders face in healthcare organizations. What is the greatest challenge that nurse leaders face today in health care? Shortage in human resources is considered the main challenge in the leadership, especially during the period of the COVID-19 pandemic, which has caused extra demand for skilled and competent staff. The human resource represents the central element in the health care domain, and proper management of these resources has a significant role in improving the performance of the health-related organizations.
