Dilemma in Improving the Communication Equipment
During an era when human services pioneers are headed to decrease inefficiency and waste, taking out pointless communication problems has been recognized to prohibit the achievable objective by both professionals and policymakers. The communication problem needs to solve urgently because of the need for a perfect communication system in the Fair Mount Health Center. This requires the purchase of new equipment for communication and creation of fresh connections between different departments to enable doctors, patients, relatives to the patient and other hospital officials to communicate smoothly. The hospital has to make tough choices in the distribution of its financial resources to payment to its works, purchase of medical equipment improving the hospital infrastructure, and buying of new modern communication equipment (Uzea & Fulton, 2014).
Increased Fairmount expenses due to Readmissions
According to Uzea & Fulton (2014), poor communications in hospital normally leads to readmissions that are  characterized as a hospitalization that  happens soon after a release; "right away" is frequently measured as 30 days however it could be shorter or more. This makes the improving of the communication systems in the health center essential to enable perfect communication system to eradicate premature release of patients that lead to readmissions. Such readmissions are frequently yet not generally identified with an issue insufficiently determined in the former hospitalization, for example, Fair Mount health center procured disease or flimsy heart working. They likewise can be brought on by crumbling in an understanding's wellbeing after release because of deficient administration of their condition, misconception of how to oversee it, or absence of access to fitting administrations or solutions. In this way, mediations to diminish readmissions target both inpatient care, through endeavors to enhance the quality and security of consideration, and the move to outpatient care, through endeavors to guarantee coherence and coordination in the middle of suppliers and auspicious access to required subsequent administrations.
Increased inefficiency
The hospital needs increased funding so that it can be able to cater for its daily needs as well as the improvement of its communication system. This implies that the hospital will have to increase the fee that it charges the patients so that the hospital can have enough funds to buy the modern communication systems. According to the section 3025 of the Affordable Care Act, hospitals are required to reduce the amount they charge their patients. Therefore, by increasing the fees charged to patients will go contrary to the Affordable Care Act (Dorn et al. 2014).
Security Concerns
The Fair Mount Health Center has done some progress in improving its communication systems in the recent past. The health Center has integrated communication processes to enable doctors to access data and import information from other hospitals that the patient received treatment before. However, there is a possibility when the doctor is getting the information from the hospital that the patient received medication, a third part may access the information if the communication process is not secure enough to prohibit access to the information by unauthorized persons (Uzea & Fulton, 2014).

Alternatives for solving the communication problem
The Fairmount medical center has a number of possible ways to solve the communication problem, they include: increasing the medical fees for patients to raise funds for modern communication equipment, sourcing funds from the government to buy necessary equipment and creating awareness to the general public on the problem and that they intend to buy better equipment with the aim of reaching out to potential donors. However, according to me the most viable option if to reach out to the government to seek support to enable the healthcare center to acquire new communication equip...
