Do you think medical necessity is a compelling argument for the use of marijuana?  Why or why not
The debate about the use of marijuana for medical purposes has attracted the attention of many states. While some states are passing statutes that permit individuals to use marijuana for medical purposes legally, the majority of the rules still does not have appropriate access to cannabis for medical reasons. Individuals in states where affirmative rights to use marijuana have not been passed can still be arraigned for using marijuana for medical purposes (Carl. H., & Ksir, 2015). I believe that medical necessity is compelling the argument for the use of marijuana for medicinal purposes. Marijuana is classified by the medical drug enforcement agency as an illegal drug without any acceptable medical significance. However, recent research found that medical marijuana can significantly control chronic non-cancer pain, alleviate nausea and vomiting linked with chemotherapy, and controlling muscle spasms related to multiple sclerosis.
