I agree with the writer on the purpose of Georgia’s famous Senate Bill 106. The aim of the bill is to ensure that the State of Georgia can submit waivers to the federal government. These waivers will help the resident of the state to get healthcare access by the use of Medicaid funds which was not allowed in the past. This bill makes it possible for the state to bypass the rules in place to prevent the use of Medicaid funds by states. Also, the state can request for relief funds in order to deliver good and cheap health care access to the residents.
