Technology in Health Care
Technology refers to science application which is used for solving problems. However, it is very crucial to be aware that science and technology are different disciplines though they work closely for accomplishing of tasks and solving problems (Ramey, 2016). Technology is applied in nearly all daily activities of human being such as scaling businesses, securing data, manufacturing, learning, transportation, and communication among others.
Similarly technology plays a crucial role in health or medical care facilities. I would choose to support the use of technology in health care facilities because these are the amenities which deals directly with human life, and people’s lives is very important. Human life is sacred. It would help in saving lives, and by that is compared or viewed as one of the ways human beings continue with God’s work of creation.
I would describe to legislators or official from the local governments the crucial role and responsibilities technologies play in the medical and health sector so that they chip in to support the noble idea. I would explain to them the duty of Health IT in recording, analyzing, and sharing of patient medical data (Neiman, 2019). In fact certain some Health systems possess the capabilities of telling whether a particular should go on diet.
The objective of Health IT systems for providing of better and excellent care for sick people and helping the in achieving of health equity. Health IT systems back recording of patient information which in turn will aid in improving of health care delivery and allowing for evaluation of that data for both government agencies or national department of health and doctors and other medical practitioners (Neiman, 2019). The information is then used for the enactment of policies and roles for the purpose of realizing better treatment and prevention of diseases spreading.
