Telestroke is the delivery of diagnostic and treatment services by a neurologist via video conferencing for stroke or possible stroke patients with suspected brain attack (loosely defined as an acute neurological event in which a person may lose consciousness, experience weakness, difficulty walking, or suffer sudden and unexplained death).
