this paper presents the argument on the actions and policies of Europeans and U.S. Americans toward Indians qualify as genocide. the actions of the Europeans and the Americans were purely harsh invasions and not genocide. While Europeans and Americans were aware that their actions of invasion of Indians would result in some fights as natives attempted to resist such invasions, they did not marshal a significant force and weaponry that would justify the claim of genocidal outcomes.

From the point of view of the topic "Genocide or Harsh Invasion", a consideration of the underlying historical facts makes me believe that this was an invasion with repercussions (Ostler, 2015). This view is taken from the backdrop of the examination of the intent or motive of the engagement. From this perspective, I would argue that the underlying intention of the Americans was purely invasion with the view to gaining control and exploiting resources, as it was the norm during the colonial era (Zanger & Bolt, 1988).
